1. Orange and Peppermint
The DIY bath salt recipes you choose depend on which symptoms, conditions and moods you want to address. Peppermint and orange is the ideal antidote for a stressful day. Peppermint oil uplifts your spirit, easing tension headaches and relieving muscular aches. Orange will reduce stress and has the bonus of being great for dry skin.
To make: Add 4-5 drops of peppermint oil and 4-5 drops of orange oil to 300g of salt crystals. Mix and put into a screw top jar. Leave in a cool place for 24 hours before using.
To use: Add ½ cup to running bath water.
