Ladies and gentlemen, it's clear that some of us suffer from that stretched out skin that has caused those pesky and bothersome stretch marks. Now you need a DIY recipe for stretch marks.
Stretch marks may bother some people who have them. They sure as hell bother me A LOT, especially after the birth of my son almost 2 years ago. Thankfully I didn't get any on my belly, just my thighs and calves. We all know what stretch marks are but to be all scientific about it, it is when skin has rapidly extended either from pregnancy or obesity. I don't like looking at them and I'm sure you don't either. So here are the ingredients you will need to make your own DIY recipe for stretch marks.
Table of contents:
- wheat germ oil
- coconut oil and a cellulite massager
- tips for use
1 Wheat Germ Oil
You can get this in capsule form and puncture a hole in the capsule to squeeze out the oil. Look for the oil at health food stores.
2 Coconut Oil and a Cellulite Massager
A massager is great for boosting circulation in your skin, helping reduce the appearance of pesky stretch marks anywhere on your body.
3 Tips for Use
Spread both wheat germ oil and coconut oil on the infected areas. Use the cellulite massager and massage the area for 3-5 minutes (you will notice that the area will become red and this is due to the fact that blood is flowing back into your stomach, legs or hips.Do this at night before bed EVERY OTHER DAY to give your skin a chance to heal. Repeat for 1 month. You will see the marks begin to fade.
Stretch marks are a normal part of life, but that doesn't mean you have to live with them. I'm sure many of you have used all the different creams out there and nothing has worked. This has worked for me and it will work for you too, as long as you follow the directions and buy the correct ingredients. Good luck!
