To see if dairy is causing your breakouts, try eliminating dairy for a few weeks and if you notice a difference, try reducing your dairy intake permanently. You donโ€™t have to completely eliminate it from your diet, but when you notice that youโ€™re breaking out, that is a sign of your bodyโ€™s tolerance level so it might be good to cut way back.
