2. Is Dairy a Part of Your Regular Diet?

When you get cystic acne, which forms as tough, painful and ingrown on the jawline, it could be an indication that you’re getting more dairy in your diet than your body is used to.

Many are unaware that our skin operates as an evacuative to eliminate things that our bodies don’t like, so when you are consuming a lot of dairy, it is simply so much more difficult to absorb and as a result, you get cystic blemishes, usually in the lower area of your face.

To see if dairy is causing your breakouts, try eliminating dairy for a few weeks and if you notice a difference, try reducing your dairy intake permanently.

You don’t have to completely eliminate it from your diet, but when you notice that you’re breaking out, that is a sign of your body’s tolerance level so it might be good to cut way back.
