Even if your teenage skin is fantastic for your age, it’s still a good idea to get into the habit of looking after yourself with a solid cleansing, exfoliating and moisturising regime. This will set you up with a good foundational routine on which to build later in life. Cleansing your teenage skin is very important, but it is equally crucial that you take care not to overdo it. Your face should be washed twice daily; more than this and you’ll simply be stripping your skin of essential sebum, encouraging it to produce more.
