1. Drink Water
I admit, I wasn’t drinking enough water. In fact I could go almost an entire day and not drank one glass of water. Between morning coffee and soda or tea with lunch and dinner, drinking water was just hard. Of course all the caffeine meant my body actually needed even more water. My friend told me drinking more water was good for my skin after listening to me complain about my pimples. I tried out her tip for better skin and sure enough she was right.
2. Exfoliate
Exfoliating is good and feels so amazing. It gets rid of that dead dry skin and lets out a fresh layer of glowing skin. I try to exfoliate at least once a week. If I have time I like to do it twice a week.

3. Wash Your Face
Always wash your face in the morning and before bed. We put so much on our face, plus its naturally more oily than are other skin. Keeping your face clean will help prevent break outs.
4. Moisturize
Sometimes I don’t think to moisturize. I don’t know why I forget, but it’s a crucial tip for better looking skin. A good moisturizing routine helps replenish the natural oils your skin needs that get taken off during a shower. I like to apply my lotion on right after I get out of the shower. That way I can’t forget to do it.
5. Use Sunscreen
The sun hurts skin so bad. It causes wrinkles, imperfections, and let’s not forget skin cancer. Even if you aren’t one to burn, always put on sunscreen when headed out. Save your skin and keep it looking great. If you want to make things easier find a moisturizer that contains an SPF.

6. Eat Healthy
The food we eat shows in our skin. I noticed once I started following a better eating planning and eating more veggies my skin really started to glow. It looked better than it did after I started drinking more water. Try this tip for better skin and eat healthy. Your body and skin will thank you.
7. Don’t Pick
Don’t pick at those pimples. It’s not good. Pimples are filled with bacteria. When you pop a pimple that bacteria oozes out on the surrounding skin and can infect your other pores, leading to more pimples. Cover up the blemish and let it run its course instead of picking and causing more. Trust me on this tip for better looking skin. Just leave it alone.
