My dermatologist says it’s called “beauty sleep” for a reason! If you want the healthiest, most glowing skin, you’ll need to get your rest, 8 to 10 hours each night. This is her secret tip for pretty skin, but I guess it’s not a secret anymore!

2. Don’t Smoke

As if you needed another reason to quit smoking, right? Not only can it wreak deadly havoc on your body, it can ruin your skin! If you don’t smoke, great! 3. Wear Sunscreen Every Day
