1

Avoid Heavy Foundations

When the temperatures start to drop, the last thing in the world that you want to do is pile on the heavy foundations. Cream foundations, mousse foundations and even some heavy liquid foundations can all be too heavy to keep your skin glowing and healthy. So girls, this is my first tip on how to keep your skin glowing in the fall – ditch the heavy foundation!

2

Keep Your Skin Hydrated

You always want to make sure that you are keeping your skin super hydrated. This is imperative ladies, especially when the temperatures start to drop. You want to use hydrating lotions and even make sure that you are drinking plenty of water (which we'll go over below!). You want to learn how to keep your skin glowing in the fall? Keep it hydrated and looking plush!

3

Know Your Moisturizer

Remember when I mentioned that you've got to lotion your skin up? Well, you want to make sure that you know your moisturizer. What that means is that you do not want a moisturizer that is going to be super thick and make your skin greasy. Instead, go with a lighter moisturizer and something with a little air to it! It'll make all of the difference in the world girls!

4

Sunscreen

You might think that because your beach days are done, you are done with the sunscreen but truthfully, even in the fall months, when the sun is behind the clouds, you'll want to make sure that you are still wearing your sunscreen. So girls, do you really want to know how to keep your skin glowing? Keep some sunscreen on!

5

Choose a Heavier Cleanser

In the summer, typically you are spending so much time in the water, you don't exactly have to worry about your skin becoming full of grime and dirt. When the temperatures start to drop, you might want to think about investing in a cleanser that is heavier and will get all of the dirt, oil and grime off of your face! This is one of my ways on how to keep your skin glowing in the fall that totally works for me!
