7. The Neck Lift

This one is pretty easy and is great for taking care of a double chin and eliminating sagging skin on your chin and jaw. To do the move, pucker your lips to the side as far as you can go. Turn your head to the same side as a 45-degree angle. Hold for 3 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
