1. Sleeping on Your Back
Sleeping on your back has been suggested as a way to keep your skin looking younger for longer because when you sleep on your stomach or on your side, it can create a furrow on one side of your face. Sleeping on your back will eliminate the presence of this furrow, and therefore minimize risk of wrinkles.
2. Gym Restrictions
It is a good idea not to totally overdo it at the gym, because the older you get, and the thinner you are, the more weathered and aged your skin will look. Stick thin people over the age of about 45 always tend to look older than those who have a few extra pounds under their skin.
