1

Anti-aging

Turns out, it's never too early to start. "I always say the sooner the better because if you know you're going to care about lines then you might as well start sooner," says Dr. Jaliman. The first thing you need to do is find a broad-spectrum sunscreen!

2

Don't Forget Your Neck and Hands

The holy trinity of skincare? Face, neck, and hands! "A lot of times I see people with a young-looking face and old-looking hands and neck," explained Dr. Jaliman. "Those three areas are chronically sun exposed, so whatever you do for your face you also want to do to your hands and neck."

3

Stay Active

We all know the importance of exercise, right? It helps increase the supply of blood to your skin and, in turn, makes it healthier! You'll be sporting a healthy glow!

4

Avoid Smoking

Smoking is a really bad skin habit! Did you know that every time you inhale, you're causing wrinkles around your lips? Yikes. Smoking also limits the blood supply to your skin, which makes aging a lot more obvious.

5

Trust in Retinol

Need something for your skin care worries? "Retinol is an easy product to use because that helps with dark spots and discoloration. Plus, it brightens and evens your skin tone," Dr. Jaliman says.

It's important to lock down a skincare routine to help ensure healthy, beautiful skin. What's your routine?

You forgot the most important and yet the cheapest of them all, H2O. We fail to remember that what we need the most are the basics ( good diet, and H2O). Drinking a lot of water is the best way to achieve a great complexion.

Take vitamins, proteins. You can't forget about your health. Also keeping active is a wonderful tip. Moisturize body, and just be stress free.

Lots of sexy....rids the impurities almost better than the sauna

Sex...was the intended word and with that will come the "sexy and great skin"

Be careful hen using prescription strength Retinol. If used for a lengthy period of time, it decreases the ability of your skin to protect itself, by becoming thinner, less resilient to environmental elements and the WORST, using too much could lead to wrinkles, that which we are trying to avoid...water, diet and a good sleep, routine,

Hello, drink plenty of water and get enough sleep

I've been using retin-a since I was in my 20's & my skin looks fab! I wash my face with a glycolic cleanser & a milder wash, I alternate from day to day. Then I use a tinted moisturizer with SPF & a mud mask once a week. I get compliments on my skin all the time! Sleep & water r a must too!

Water and sleep ! Fruits and veggies ! Amazing results and of course cleanse religiously Atleast thrice a day ! My routine !

Also, have a good moisturizer and use it every morning and every night. And use hand lotion every time you wash your hands so they don't dry out
