1. Moisture Socks & Foot Lotion

One of the most ideal ways to moisturize your skin is to start from the bottom up. Don't you love the feel of soft feet after a relaxing pedicure? Keep that feeling alive by moisturizing your tired feet overnight after exfoliating them. Purchase some moisture socks designed to be worn over a conditioning foot treatment and wake up to soft, callus-fee feet!

2. Lip Treatment

Dry, cracked lips are no fun. Lipstick looks terrible on dry lips and they're just overall uncomfortable and hard to manage. Fortunately, there are treatments for intense moisture and repair that can be applied overnight! Don't forget to exfoliate your lips before hand with a gentle lip scrub to slough off all the dead skin.

3. Shower & Shea Butter All over

It's important to remember that water draws out moisture from your skin, especially warm or hot water from a daily shower. To replace moisture back into your skin leaving it with a healthy glow, shower at night and immediately apply a rich oil or lotion like pure Shea butter. Wear silk pjs and wake up to softer, hydrated skin.

4. Hydrating Face Lotion

Did you know that a dry face is much more prone to wrinkles and aging? While oily skin may seem like a drag with is shiny appearance and occasional blemish, a well-moisturized face means lasting youthfulness. Wash your face before you sleep and apply a rich, non-pore clogging lotion with anti-aging properties. You will notice a huge difference in the texture of your skin as well as the appearance of your makeup!

5. Overnight Hair Treatments

I'm sure you can find expensive hair treatments that soften and moisturize your hair overnight. However, there are plenty of options for a natural alternative that are just as beneficial! Olive or coconut oil have amazing healthful properties that are worth trying, especially for the price tag. Find one that you love and sleep your way to healthier locks.

6. A Silk Pillowcase

Cotton pillowcases tend to dry out your hair and pull on it as you sleep, leaving you with a frizzy mess in the morning. Cotton also tugs and pulls by creating friction on the delicate skin on your face, leaving creases and marks that can damage the skin as we age. That's why silk pillowcases are better for your hair and skin overall, for hydration and less friction and for a much more literal interpretation of "beauty sleep"!

7. Use a Humidifier

Using a humidifier is a great option for dry climates and cold winter months. If there's little moisture in the air, you skin will actually be "sucked dry" so to speak, and you'll be left with skin that's dryer than ever. Opt for a cold humidifier instead of a hot one to avoid any mold or bacteria growth and make sure to clean the filters regularly!

Hopefully these tips for moisturizing your skin are helpful! Got any additional advice to share?

Silk pillow case really does make a different for your hair! I've been using one for a few months now and I wake up with much happier, healthier hair. :)

if u use coconut hair oil for just 3 hr and then take shower u ll change the diffrence in few days

Use an overnight face masque. Your facial skin absorbs better at nights and nighttime products just work well because of our circadian rhythms.
