My skin has drastically improved since switching to a vegan diet. I can't understand why they are saying meat is good for your skin.

I agree with most of the tips, but what really works for me is the healthy diet, washing the face before bed, putting on a small amount of coconut oil (or chia oil) because my skin allows it, drinking water (!!), cuttin' back on bad sugar and getting enough sleep. Sunscreen will never see my skin again, since I've read a study that shows it actually helps you get skin problems in reaction to the sun and a normal amount of sun is perfectly fine for your organism.

Eating well is good and exercising too

I say no foundation because skin needs to breath, & my skin gets better when I don't wear any.

Skin doesn't breathe. Unless your not removing your makeup properly (such as heavy coverage Mac foundations, which will break you out if you don't remove with proper tools) your skin should be okay. The only reason people's skin can get worse is the product can clog up your pores over time if your not removing it right. Also some foundations actually have irritating ingredients so watch out for those (alcohols are irritating to some). Just make sure to wear moisturizer and sunscreen every day
