1. Eating Dessert First

There are lots of myths surrounding what you can and can’t eat when you have acne. Here’s one you can be happy about. You can have dessert in moderate portions, but you should always do it after a meal. That’s because the other foods help slow the absorption of sugar. Too much sugar can make breakouts work, so if you must have it, do so when your stomach is nearly full already.
