Where Thoughts and Opinions Converge

Advising people to scrub their faces vigorously with a wash cloth is such bad advice. By now it is common knowledge that treating skin with a more gentle approach is more beneficial.

Baking soda is great for exfoliating for problem skin, it's an absolutely magical solution! So it is a great advice for done one who suffering with acne. I tried dozens of expensive products and nothing worked as good as soda

Instead of heavy scrubbing, why not advocate getting enough sleep to get that ultimate glow?

Baking soda is not a good exfoliant for your skin. Its PH is way too basic for your skin. People use baking soda to clean a bathroom sink. If it's strong enough to do that it is too strong for your skin.

I love your advices,I think Caroline you confused the baking soda with something else ,if we use sodium bicarbonate in cooking then for our skin shouldn't be too harsh.

Also, I found out that lemon juice is great for getting rid of acne. I usually just but some lemon juice on a cotton ball then put it on a bandaid, leave it on any spots overnight then it's almost gone by the morning
