1. Figure out What’s Causing the Redness in the First Place
Your first step to getting rid of redness is to find out why it’s happening.
You may need to see your dermatologist to get a clear picture of what’s going on, but you can also keep a journal.
In a notebook, record when your #face is red and the conditions surrounding it.
This might be what you ate, what your emotions are and what the weather outside is doing.
With time, you should see a pattern.
