1. Crow’s Feet
Crow’s feet are usually some of the first aging signs that you see. They are easy to recognize. The skin around your eyes is delicate and wrinkles sooner than other areas of your face. To slow them down or prevent them, you need to use a good eye cream twice a day. As with most of these aging signs, wearing sunscreen regularly is important, too.
2. You’ve Lost Your Glow
This is another one of the first signs of aging. You just don’t seem to have your glow anymore. This is because as we age, our skin turnover slows down. Our skin doesn’t exfoliate itself as rapidly as it used to. You can help this by using exfoliation yourself. But you need to be careful not to over exfoliate; once a week is usually enough.

3. Puffy Eyes
Puffy eyes are another eye problem that you encounter as you age. It can be from a variety of factors. In addition to age, sleepless nights and too many salty foods can contribute to the problem. If you suffer from puffy eyes, you can help them to be less puffy by getting adequate sleep and cutting back on salty foods. Additionally, an eye gel that is for the purpose of reducing eye puffiness can help.
4. Parentheses Are Appearing
Are you noticing that you are starting to get the parenthesis look? You know, the two lines that run from your nose down to your chin? If you have them, I bet you don’t like them any more than I like the ones that are appearing on my face. Sadly, this is another sign of aging. Serums can be a wonderful help in this area, as well as skin products that promise to help with keep your skin firm.
5. Frown Lines
No one likes frown lines; they make us frown! Frown lines are wrinkles and are formed from both aging and sun exposure. While you can’t do anything about the sun exposure you have already received, you can choose to limit your future sun exposure or only be in the sun safely by using at least 30 SPF sunscreen. Additionally, a daily moisturizer is a help with all wrinkles because it keeps your skin smooth and moist. Dry skin wrinkles much quicker.

6. Age Spots
This may be the one I hate the most. Age spots are spots that appear on your skin due to sun exposure. They are areas of skin that have a higher level of pigmentation. Again, using sunscreen can help you with preventing any future ones from coming along, as well as wearing a wide brimmed hat and oversized sunglasses. There are some good products to keep the ones you have from being so visible, such as Mary Kay’s Even Complexion Mask.
7. Wrinkles around the Lips
Wrinkles around your lips give away your age like nothing else. If you smoke, stopping can be the very trick to keeping them from developing more. They may even reverse since you aren’t constantly placing your lips in a position that forms those wrinkles. You can also use serum to help. Lip liner helps to keep your lipstick from slipping into those fine lines if that is an issue.
