2

Wash Makeup off

It can be tempting to go straight to bed after a hard day or night out, but you really need to get in the habit of removing your makeup to give your face a break overnight. It takes mere seconds to do with a good face wipe, and it can save you weeks worth of breakouts and irritation.

3

Control Oil

Something important is to try to keep the shine down on your skin without being super harsh to it. All it takes is a simple threes step process; one, choose a salicylic acid cleanser, two, use an oil-free primer and three, get into the habit of blotting your skin during the say using specialised tissues or cloths.

4

Exfoliate

Make sure that you exfoliate at least once or twice per week. Use a relatively gentle product; you don’t need to really scrub away, just enough to gently stimulate the skin and remove some of the dirt and debris from your pores.

5

Don’t Share

It can be tempting and fun, but try not to share makeup products with your friends. You all have different chemical sensitivities and skin bacteria, and the more these things combine with each other, the more at rick everyone is of developing irritation and even infection in some cases.
