Beautiful skin is something we all want, am I right? I know that’s what I strive for every single day. Getting it isn’t as hard as you might think. Hooray! Luckily for you, and for me, there are lots of easy tweaks you can make to your daily routine that will get you the gorgeous, smooth and healthy skin you crave. Try some of these ideas and you’ll be awed at how awesome your skin looks.

1. Eat More Sunflower Seeds
Sunflower seeds are one of the top food sources of vitamin E. Your body needs this nutrient because it helps keep your skin healthy and young by boosting collagen and elastin production. Skimp on vitamin E and you might see your skin looking dull and dry. Sunflower seeds taste great on a salad, but I love to eat them by the handful as a snack too.
2. Take a Tropical Vacation
OK, the vacation won’t change your skin, but the tropical fruits you eat while you’re away will. Kiwi and mangoes are both great sources of vitamin E and eating them helps you get your daily quota. Slather on some sunscreen, then lounge on the beach with a dish of tropical fruit salad and you’re skin will thank you.
3. Wear More Moisturizer
I know it costs a pretty penny, but wearing just a bit more moisturizer can do wonders for your skin. That’s because it’s designed to soak in and plump your skin. That sounds bad, but it isn’t. Plumped skin looks healthy and young and helps mask wrinkles. Try just a tiny bit more of your moisturizer and in a few weeks you’ll probably see a huge difference.
4. Only Cleanse Once
You’ve probably heard that you should cleanse your skin in the morning and at night, but new evidence says that’s no longer the case. I’ll back that up. When I quit washing in the morning and started only washing at night, my skin was transformed. I no longer suffer from breakouts and my skin looks clean and young. Too much cleanser can be harsh on your skin, so it makes sense that cutting back will leave you with beautiful skin in no time.
5. Reapply Sunscreen
Even if you are vigilant about making sure you apply sunscreen before you head out in the morning, you aren’t doing your skin any favors by forgetting to reapply. Sunscreen only lasts for about two hours, after which you must reapply or you aren’t getting any coverage anymore. If you want beautiful skin, don’t leave home without your sunscreen.
6. Get Some Retinoid Cream
You might need to see a dermatologist, but that office visit is going to change your life. Retinods boost collagen and cell turnover so when you use it, you get that healthy, radiant glow you want and crave. It’s as easy as rubbing in some cream, so today is the day to get started.
7. Have a Fish Dinner
Not just any fish though. Salmon is the filet of choice in this case. That’s because it contains healthy fats, which support healthy skin. It’s also chock full of antioxidants, which combat the free radicals that can damage your skin. Have salmon once or twice a week and you’ll notice results in no time.
How do you keep your skin looking beautiful and healthy? Each of these things is really easy to incorporate into your routine so there’s no reason not to get started right now. What’s your first step?
