Dry, Mature or Sensitive Skin Toner

The first toner recipe that we’re going to talk about is all about sensitive skin. If you’re like me, you probably have a really hard time with harsh ingredients right? Well ladies, this is the ideal toner for you! Not only does it have a ton of calming ingredients in it, but it feels awesome on your face! Try it.

Ingredients:

1 cup (250ml) Rose Hydrosol (rose water)
1 teaspoon (5ml) Vegetable Glycerin (optional)
3 drops Helichrysum OR Lavender essential oil
3 drops Frankincense essential oil
3 drops Sandalwood essential oil
1 drop Chamomile essential oil

Normal/Combination Skin Toner

Is your skin type normal or combination? Well ladies, this toner recipe is the one for you! This one has a bunch of different ingredients that will keep the oil away and bust out all of that dryness that you might feel! This is the toner that a ton of my friends use.

Ingredients:

1 cup (250ml) Rose Geranium Hydrosol
7 drops Lavender essential oil
1 drop Rose Geranium essential oil
1 drop Palmarosa essential oil
1 drop Patchouli essential oil
1 drop Ylang Ylang essential oil

Oily/Acne Prone Skin Toner

Do you have acne prone/oily skin? Well then, this is the toner recipe for you! This one has witch hazel in it, which of course, is a natural acne fighter! Give it a try ladies and let me know what you think!

Ingredients:

1 cup (250ml) Witch Hazel
3 drops Palmarosa essential oil
3 drops Petitgrain essential oil
3 drops Lemongrass essential oil
3 drops Tea Tree essential oil
1 drop Rose Geranium essential oil

Apple Cider & Aspirin Toner

If you are looking for a toner recipe that is just going to be a little refreshing and clear up any bumps or dry skin that you have, this is it! It’ll also make your skin super soft and make it brighter and have more of a glow to it. This toner recipe is one of my favs!

Ingredients:

1/2 ounce organic apple cider vinegar
3 ounces mineral water
5 plain aspirin tablets, uncoated

Instructions:

Dilute 1/2 ounce organic apple cider vinegar with 4 ounces of mineral water.
Use pestle and mortar to crush aspirin tablets.
Add aspirin tablet mixture to water and vinegar mix.
Apply toner sparingly to areas with acne, rough skin or enlarged pores.

The solution will stay fresh for one month in the refrigerator.

Egg White, Honey & Lemon Juice Toner

You’ve probably heard that egg whites are good for your hair right? Well, they are actually good for your face too! If you have a ton of blackheads, this toner recipe is fantastic for your blackheads and it will absolutely brighten up your skin!

Ingredients:

1 Egg white
1 teaspoon fresh Lemon juice
1 teaspoon dark organic Honey

How to do it:

Whisk one egg white until it starts to thicken, then whisk in the honey and lemon juice

When you apply it avoid the delicate eye and lip areas. Leave it on for 10 minutes and wash it off with warm water and end with a splash of cold.

Tomato Juice & Honey Toner

Toner recipes can be a little tricky to make sometimes, but this tomato juice and honey toner really brightens up your skin and can actually ensure that your skin stays clear and vibrant! Try it! This is totally one of my favorites!

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons fresh Tomato juice
1 teaspoon dark organic Honey

How to do it:

Mix the ingredients until you have a thick and sticky substance

Gently apply it to your clean face and neck with your fingetips; avoid eye and upper lip are

Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it off with Luke warm water and end with a splash of cold.

Carrot, Cucumber, Mint & Lemon Juice Toner

Next up on our list of toner recipes is a refreshing mix of lemon, cucumber, carrot and mint. Trust me, this one feels so good when it’s on and it’s super easy to make! If your skin needs a makeover, this is totally the way to do it!

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons Cucumber juice
2 tablespoons Carrot juice
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
1 fresh Lemon (juice)

How to do it:

Pour some boiling water on the mint leaves to make a strong cup of tea. Leave it to steep for a few minutes. Then strain it and let it cool down

Then mix it together with the rest of the ingredients and blend well

You can apply it like this but you can also make it into ice cubes, and every time you need some you take out 1 ice cube and apply it to your skin
