should we eat the tomatoes or rub it in our skin?
I don't know why, but drinking soymilk ALWAYS seems to clear up my acne and make my skin glow. It's not due to giving up dairy, either, as I still consume dairy, and giving it up alone does nothing. There is something in the soymilk. A glass a day keeps the pimples away!
Papaya works wonders! And it's delicious
coconut oil is a great moisturizer for my acne prone skin, it keeps it hydrated but doesn't cause breakouts
Honey is suppose to be another food tht is good for acne but it's used externally. Still raw honey does taste good.
Study's have shown though that your food patterns don't have a ton to do with your acne so don't go overboard eating healthy (although healthy is the way to go) eat the bad foods sometimes and make sure to enjoy your self
Thanks everyone for comment :)
