Acne is not life threatening at all, but it can threaten your self confidence and self esteem. It is therefore important that you focus on eliminating acne issues before they become complicated and serious. Although, there are many people that depend on acne creams and pills, acne can also be resolved by following the right diet. 1. Water
Water definitely tops the list because it can help to flush out your body toxins in the right way. Hence, if you are keen on eliminating acne you need to make sure that you drink around 8 glasses of water every day. You should avoid soda and sugary drinks like colas that do not replenish your body and lead to dehydration, which in turn can create acne problems.
2. Green Vegetables
Green vegetables are recommended for better health and digestion and it is also useful for eliminating acne. Load up on vegetables like spinach, lettuce, artichokes and cabbages to help you get rid of acne.

3. Cucumbers
Cucumbers have ingredients like water, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E and a series of amino acids that can help resolve your acne problems.
Adding garlic to your diet will help immensely to get rid of zits. Garlic has anti-bacterial properties that improves your skin and your immunity!

The citric acid in lemon can also come to your rescue when you are suffering from acne issues. Applying lemon juice to the scars directly can also reduce the appearance of visible scarring

6. Watermelons
If you are a fruit person, load up on watermelon to reduce acne issues. Watermelon hydrates your skin and the combination of vitamins A, B6, and C help keep acne away.

Drinking regular tea and coffee is not the right thing to do when your skin is prone to acne. Opt instead for green tea that cleanses the body from within and adds polyphenols to strengthen cells which actually reduces acne.

It is also important that you include omega 3 food items in your acne diet like oysters, poultry, salmon and flax-seeds.

Study's have shown though that your food patterns don't have a ton to do with your acne so don't go overboard eating healthy (although healthy is the way to go) eat the bad foods sometimes and make sure to enjoy your self

I think that cream would usually help but it's doesn't
Honey is suppose to be another food tht is good for acne but it's used externally. Still raw honey does taste good.
Papaya works wonders! And it's delicious
coconut oil is a great moisturizer for my acne prone skin, it keeps it hydrated but doesn't cause breakouts
How come i can't go any further than #3
I don't know why, but drinking soymilk ALWAYS seems to clear up my acne and make my skin glow. It's not due to giving up dairy, either, as I still consume dairy, and giving it up alone does nothing. There is something in the soymilk. A glass a day keeps the pimples away!
