If you want to fight crow’s feet and bags under your eyes, this is yoga pose for you. To do it, place your middle fingers on the inside corners of your eyes and your index fingers on the outer corners of your eyes. Apply a bit of pressure with your index fingers, look up, creating a squint, then relax. Repeat 5 more times, then squeeze your eyes shut tight for 10 seconds.
