I tend to focus on my face because that’s what the world sees. But now that spring has sprung and I pulled my flip flops out of the back of my closet, I’m naturally thinking more about how my feet look in them. 1. Check Your Feet

Do you slather on lotion after a shower, but skip your feet? It’s time to change how things are done. It only takes a couple of extra seconds to apply lotion to your feet and you’ll notice the changes in just a few days. The right moisturizer keeps cracked, dry heels at bay and leaves the skin on your feet soft and smooth. You can use the same lotion on your feet that you use on the rest of your body.
3. Wash Really Well
I know – this sounds like common sense, and it is. But I’m talking about more than just standing in the shower and letting soap swirl around your feet. Use a loofah or sponge and scrub your feet gently every day. Clean under your toenails and between your toes too. In just a minute or two, your feet are as clean as they can get and you won’t have to worry about bacterial or fungal infections that can do a number on your skin.
