The first and easiest of my tips to get rid of dark circles under your eyes is drinking more water. The more water you drink, the more you lessen dark circles.
Getting consistent sleep is very important. Let your body and skin take a rest. And change your sheets and pillowcase every week. Dust and all kind of allergens can collect there and can be affecting you while you sleeping.
3. TEA PACK'S
Let's say you drink enough water and get enough sleep but the puffiness under your eyes is still there. Then its time to drink green or black tea. Green tea has health benefits. Go ahead and drink it and use packs. After cooling down place the tea bags over eyes while you're laying down. Let them sit for 5-10 minutes. Caffeine from the teabags works to constrict blood vessels, which helps remove dark circles.
Cucumbers and potatoes have properties that remove eye bags. Put slices of veggies on your eyes each day. It will reduce puffiness and hydrate your skin.
Another way is placing spoons over eyes. Before using, put them in the refrigerator. Then place for 3-5 minutes. This is an easy tip if you don't have a lot of time.
Sunlight also reduces collagen in our skin, which leads to thinning it. So make sure you use sunscreen each time you go out.
7. REMOVE MAKEUP
Make sure you remove your makeup every night before going to bed. It doesn't matter how tired you are. Makeup will go inside pores and expand them and then you wake up with a mess.
8. COOL PAPER TOWELS
Another cool tip is cool paper towels. Get them wet and put into the refrigerator overnight. When you wake up in the morning place them under your eyes. It provides the perfect cooling sensation and moisturizes under eye skin.
