Foods that are high in the mineral silicon can help regulate sweat, so eat foods like strawberries, cucumbers, apples, spinach, almonds and Romaine lettuce. Other good foods include eggs, turkey and pork, which are rich in vitamin B and can help reduce wetness

Just like there are foods to eat for hyperhidrosis, there are foods to avoid. Avoid eating foods that are spicy, sugary, very hot in temperature and contain MSG or caffeine. All of these foods contain ingredients which can send signals in your body to sweat or stimulate the nervous system, which can result in sweating.
