New Shampoo

Some shampoos have the tendency to build up on your scalp when used over long periods of time while at other times they might cause an allergic reaction and therefore induce inflammation. While your shampoo and conditioner might be doing wonders for your hair, they are ruining the skin on your face, shoulders and back.

Once you digest dairy, your body can sometimes with an outbreak of acne. If you believe that this can potentially be the cause of your acne, try to limit your intake and see if there are any changes in the condition of your skin.

With a tight daily schedule, it is completely understandable if you don’t have the time to wash sweat off after working out. However not everyone’s skin allows them to do that, since some are just more prone to clogged pores and sweat makes that even worse. So if that is the case for you, try to shower immediately after working out or keep face wipes in your gym bag so you can freshen up on the go.
