2. Chilled Strawberries

Cold fruits are always a delicious treat but they also make a pretty nice eye treatment! If you wake up with tired, puffy eyes, grab a couple of chilled fresh strawberries from the refrigerator and slice the tops off. Next, slice them again about 1/8 of an inch thick. Then, lie back, close your eyes and apply them under your eyes and relax for a few minutes! The alpha hydroxy acids in strawberries can help smooth out the skin and reduce swelling!
