5. Now for the Specifics

After you've exfoliated your skin with the wash of your choice, you can concentrate on specific areas. Don't feel the need to use a moisturizer the second you start the process of getting rid of any bacteria on your face. Wait two to three days to see if your skin is less bumpy on the surface.

That means the antibacterial is working because it's taking away all the impurities.

It is much easier to fix dry skin than acne. Remember that. Use your moisturizer sparingly in the beginning of this process and slowly add more as you see your skin beginning to heal.

For areas of many breakouts, apply more antibacterial. You can always apply aloe or ice if the skin begins to appear red.
