Also remember to apply hand cream regularly if you work in an air conditioned space, as the dry atmosphere can affect the skin.
2. Moisturising Soap
Washing your hands frequently can dry them out, especially if you’re using harsh soaps. To remedy this, switch to a moisturising soap or hand wash. Avoid using regular dish soap or harsh chemical soaps (like the ones used in hospitals) where possible. Using a moisturising soap or hand wash will help in the battle against dry hands.
3. Lukewarm Water

Drinking adequate amounts of water can also help prevent your skin from drying out. Keep your skin moisturised from the inside out and stay hydrated throughout the day.
