You will need:
White Rice 2 tbsp
Water 2-3 glasses
Vitamin E ½ tsp
Glycerin 1 tsp
Aloe vera gel ¼ tsp
The main component for this cream is white rice. Take 2 tbsp of white rice and wash it properly. Add 2-3 cups of water and washed rice into a pan. Put it on heat to cook till it becomes thick and mashy. Then strain it. After straining you will get a very creamy and slightly thick paste.
Add ½ tsp vitamin E oil and 1 tsp glycerin and ¼ aloe vera gel. Mix all ingredients well.
Your homemade anti-aging skin cream is ready. Transfer it to a container and you can keep it in the refrigerator up to 15 days.
You can use it as a day cream, night cream or before makeup or sunscreen. Apply twice a day for best results.
