This is one of my favorite natural ways to get glowing skin. Nettle tea has been proven to reduce symptoms of things like acne and eczema, and also to speed up the healing process of blemishes and scars. For the very best results, you should be aiming to drink two to three cups of nettle tea every day. Do this for two weeks, then take one week off, and then repeat the cycle over again. You will certainly notice a difference!

Okra is a vegetable that is rich in fibre and helps to keep your digestive system in control. It is also rich in vitamin C which is something that can help to encourage supple, firm and younger looking skin, leading to it having a vibrant appearance.
