Oatmeal Flakes

Grind up half a cup of oatmeal flakes with a touch of milk to create a paste. Apply this by massaging into your skin in little circles and you will be pleasantly surprised by the soft and moisturised finish!

2

Coconut Oil

Mix up half a cup of coconut oil with some brown sugar and you will have yourself a superb homemade exfoliant paste. Apply in the same circles as before, but this time remember to moisturise afterward. The smell is amazing.

3

Olive Oil

You’ll need to buy some skincare quality clay for this one, but once you have the clay all you need to do is dilute it with some kitchen olive oil to make a thick mixture. Apply in circles to the areas you want to exfoliate and then rinse using warm water after a few minutes.

4

Lemon

Lemons are just as great for skin as they are for taste buds! You need the juice of half a lemon mixed with about three tablespoons of sugar. Make sure your face is clean and damp, and then rub the mixture in circles on your face. Rinse well, but you will find that the luscious scent of lemon will still linger.

5

Coffee

Coffee is perfect for exfoliating and fighting cellulite in a double attack style! Mix some grounds with the lotion of your choice and then apply in circles to your face and body. You can also get the same benefits if you add coffee grounds to your bath!
