4. Homemade Milk Bath

Ok, it’s time to feed your inner Cleopatra. It may not be asses milk but this recipe is full of vitamins and minerals that your dry, itchy skin will thank you for. It will also love that the lactic acid will remove dead skin cells and allow bright shiny new ones through.

½ cup corn starch

½ cup baking soda

10 drops of your favorite essential oil

To make and use:

In a screw top jar, put the powdered milk, corn starch and baking soda. Shake until the ingredients are well combined. Open jar, add the oil, re-close and shake until oil is nicely combined into the powder. Leave for 24 hours. When ready, add 1 cup to the hot water when you run a bath.
