1. Baking Soda is a Natural Antiperspirant

Antiperspirant products work by stopping sweat to cut down on stink and wetness. You can buy them over the counter in stick or spray form, but baking soda is a natural antiperspirant that is cheap and easy to use.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon baking soda
Water
Directions:
Combine the baking soda with enough water to create a thick paste. Spread the mixture in your pits and wait 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing. Do this a few times a week.

I have hyperhydrosis and it's a nightmare! Some days are ok and some days my touch screen is icky with sweat. I have used the extra strong stuff they sell at the chemist, not only does it cause skin irritation but if you stop one part of your body sweating

It will often redirect the sweating elsewhere, I just use lush aromaco on my underarms, lush t for toes on my feet to keep em as fresh as I can. Pre made natural products. And they work fine for me :) which is a miracle, better than normal antiperspirants
