Orange and Peppermint

To use: Add to a hot bath.

To make: in a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of Epsom salts and 1½ cups of baking soda. Then add 1 tablespoon of ground ginger and 15 drops of chamomile. Mix together. Store in a screw top jar.

To use: To get the most benefits from this your bath water needs to be as hot as you can stand it; the treatment needs you to be sweating for the best results. You also should refrain from eating for a good couple of hours before and after this bath. Drink 2 glasses of water before getting into the bath. When in the bath, sink as low as you can in the water and relax for at least 20 minutes. After this time you might well feel a little dizzy or light headed so take care when you get out of the tub.
