8. You'll Love Milk and Honey

Both milk and honey have nutrients in them that your skin needs, but they also soothe irritated skin and reduce redness caused by acne.


1 tablespoon whole milk

1 tablespoon raw honey


Allow the milk to come to room temperature, then combine it with the honey. Spread the mixture on your face and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Use a wet washcloth to gently remove the mask and exfoliate your skin at the same time.
