3. Honey

Honey is one of those foods that are so useful in a variety of ways. Honey is often used to treat acne, moisturize dry skin, cleanse and heal burns and cuts. You can use honey alone for an antibacterial and moisturizing face mask or use it as a spot treatment for acne. If you like to take baths, you can also add 2 cups of honey to your bath water for a soothing soak.
