Another tip girls: rose water works great as both a toner and cleanser! I use it after washing my face with facewash and follow it with my St. Ives Timeless Skin Collagen Elastin face moisturizer.

Origins

I love St. Ives! I use their olive oil cleanser and green tea cleanser, as well as their apricot exfoliater! These products are part of my daily skin care routine.

Cetaphil all the way! A good rule of thumb that I've learned is that if you have dry skin, you should use a cream cleanser because it's hydrating or gel without beads or harsh chemicals. Combination, gel or foam. Oily, foam in the summer, gel in the winter. :)

what should you use on sensitve/oily skin that is not to expensive?

I swear by Dermalogica's 'Clearing Skin Wash'

Cetaphil and Purity are great for me at least. Only things I've found that make my skin feel good.

I tried the Neutrogena Clean Pore in hopes of getting rid of some acne but it was waaaay too harsh for my dry skin. Probably would not recommend it for dry/ sensitive skin. Clearasil ultra rapid action has worked like a charm though:)
