6. The Smile Soother

Do this move to get rid of the lines created from smiling and to help sagging skin in general.

To start, make an β€œo” with your mouth, lips covering your teeth.

Keeping your teeth hidden, smile widely.

Relax and repeat 6 times.

Now hold the smile and put your index finger on your chin.

Tilt your head back just a bit and open and close your jaw several times.
