7 Oils You Can Use on All of Your Skin ...

By Eliza

Oils for your skin are a bit different from your traditional lotion. Lotion is great for nourishing and moisturizing the skin all over your body, but oils ramp up the benefits by infusing your body with antioxidants and other nutrients that keep it looking young and fresh, no matter what. As always, if you have a skin disease or other condition, talk to your dermatologist before using any of these oils for your skin. Otherwise, mix and match your options to see which ones you love best.

BlackCurrant Oil

BlackCurrant Oil Perhaps a bit lesser-known than other oils you can use on your skin, blackcurrant oil is still worth a mention. It’s perfect if you need to repair your skin. It works for sun damage, weather damage or even just irritation caused by facial treatments. Blackcurrants are anti-inflammatory and full of fatty acids, which combine to give you the ultra luxe treatment your damaged skin needs.

7

Marula Oil

Marula Oil This type of oil isn’t as easy to find as the others on my list, but I’m including for those of you with easily irritated skin. It’s very high in oleic acid, which translates to a soothing application you can count on to make your skin feel better in no time.

Do you like to put oil on your skin? I usually do so in the shower so I don’t have to worry about oil stained clothes or furniture, but if you rub it in well, you can wear oils anytime you want to. Which one will you try first?

Rosehip seed oil and jojoba oil are also excellent.

I would put coconut oil first. excellent for skin and hair. if used regularly on hair, it can help reduce the amount of grey hair. My parents actually make coconut oil and generations before have been using it.
