5. Almonds

It may sound a little unusual but it works. Almonds have a lot of vitamin E (Tocopherol), that protects your cells from free radicals and has a positive effect on dark spots.

This is how you do it:

-Soak almonds in water for a few hours. Add milk and blend it to a creamy paste.

- Add the cream to your dark spots when you go to bed and rinse in the morning

- Repeat daily for about two weeks
