Petroleum jelly aka Vaseline works GREAT and it's simple. Rub some on your feet then wear socks or just sleep with the Vaseline on your feet like that. Do this for about 4 days and you'll see change

My pedicurist advised me to use almond oil before going to bed and wear a pair of cotton soks. This works very well too.
