2. Milk and Honey Bath Melts

Another great way to soothe itchy, dry skin in the tub is with homemade bath melts.

Ingredients:

⅓ cup mango butter or shea butter

⅓ cup almond oil

¼ cup honey

1 cup powdered milk

½ cup powdered milk (for rolling)

To make and use:

In a glass bowl over a saucepan of gently boiling water, melt the butter, oil and honey.

When all liquid, stir in the cup of powdered milk.

You should end up with a pliable but crumbly mixture.

Make tightly rolled balls from 2 tablespoons of mix.

Put on wax or parchment paper to cool.

Roll in powdered milk and you’re ready to drop into a warm bath.
