4. Avocado Hand and Foot Mask

This next DIY recipe is fab for both hands and feet, as most of these recipes are, and features the super emollient avocado. Avocados contain lots of healthy fats and phytonutrients that are incredible for your skin!

If you don’t like to eat avocados, definitely use them topically to get all the super duper benefits that these fruits have to offer!


1 ripe avocado

2 tablespoons honeyβ€”orange blossom if possible

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons plain yogurt

10 drops sandalwood

8 drops myrhh


Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.

Apply to hands and feet, then wrap in plastic bags and a towel to allow the mask to penetrate the skin more effectively.

Allow 15 minutes for full effect.
