7. Limit Alcohol

You’re probably thinking that this list of tips is turning into the most restrictive and boring list ever! Don’t worry, you don’t have to completely give up alcohol, just try to moderate consumption. Drinking alcohol dilates your blood vessels and increases blood flow near the skin’s surface. Normally, increased blood flow is a good thing but in this case it makes your skin appear sallow, so keep cocktails to a minimum!
